This 182 sq ft apartment is created and designed by Boeing aircraft interior designer, engineer Steve Sauer.  He calls this as the pico dwelling. He split the space vertically in thirds to create a partition for a relaxing seated lounge area, his efficient office and cozy lofted bedroom. Aside from its amazing interior design features, the place is well designed and fabricated to withstand hurricanes and tornadoes.

Jus like Lego blocks, this apartment design idea just requires assembling and attaching the right shapes and sizes of items and furniture by Tetran.
