Meet Christian Schallert, the guy who bought a space that looks like a complete mess.  The 258 square feet apartment had no ceiling, chipped paint and it looks like the wall is totally falling apart. Not to mention that you have to climb 100 steps just to get to the apartment. When Christian’s mother saw the apartment, she was completely shocked and in utter disbelief. But Christian already knew what exactly he wanted to do with it.
